Xavier Booker has all the tools to become a high-level college basketball player and eventual NBA Draft pick: a 6-foot-11 frame with long arms, strong shooting acumen and the ability to move well away from the basket. Spartans coach Tom Izzo expects his touted freshman to use those tools to reach his potential at Michigan State but is cautioning that it will likely take some time before that happens.
