How Michigan State plans to rebound from disappointing season
Consistency in performance. That’s a phrase Michigan State coach Mel Tucker frequently stresses but has been lacking during his first three seasons leading the program. From a 2-5 finish in the pandemic-altered 2020 season, to a stunning rebound to 11 wins the following year and then the decline to 5-7 in 2022. Instead of stability, the Spartans have been on a rollercoaster and are desperate to avoid another fall.
