Michigan State’s men’s basketball team has received signed National Letters of Intent from Xavier Booker (Indianapolis, Ind./Cathedral), Coen Carr (East Point, Ga./Legacy Early College), Jeremy Fears (Joliet, Ill./Joliet West) and Gehrig Normand (North Richland Hills, Texas/Birdville).
