With a 27-13 defeat at Maryland, the Spartans have dropped three straight and there are questions about the team’s confidence. “I don’t sense any negativity but obviously when you lose three games in a row, it tests your character and our guys have tremendous character,” coach Mel Tucker said after the game. “That’s what they’ve displayed so far. I don’t expect it to be any different.”
