Maryland suffered its first loss of the season last week and had two key offensive playmakers sidelined. Quarterback Taulia Tagovailoa and starting receiver Rakim Jarrett were both injured in a 34-27 loss at No. 4 Michigan and didn’t finish the game. Coach Mike Locksley on Tuesday wasn’t definitive about their status when Maryland (3-1, 0-1 Big Ten) hosts Michigan State (2-2, 0-1) on Saturday.
