Michigan State’s 2024 recruiting class doubled in size Monday with the commitment of four-star cornerback Jamari Howard. The 6-foot-2, 175-pound Howard chose the Spartans out of more than a dozen offers, including Alabama, Georgia, Texas A&M, Miami and Florida State. Howard, from Westland Hialeah (Fla.) High, is the second junior to give the Spartans a verbal commitment, joining four-star in-state receiver Nick Marsh of River Rouge.
