Some may not be turning professional next year, and some might choose to participate in other all-star showcases, but Michigan State has a dozen players on the radar for the East-West Shrine Bowl nonetheless. Coming off an 11-2 season, the Spartans have several veteran players and new transfers on the Shrine Bowl 1,000, a watch list of NFL Draft-eligible prospects put together by one of the longest-running all-star games.
