Longtime ESPN draft analyst Mel Kiper Jr. on Tuesday released his first big board and position rankings for the 2023 NFL Draft, and Michigan State’s Bryce Baringer is listed No. 1 among kickers and punters. Baringer, a former walk-on who began his career at Illinois, is back with the Spartans for a sixth year after emerging as one of the best punters in the Big Ten.
