Michigan State wrapped up a key part of the offseason with Saturday afternoon’s spring game at Spartan Stadium. It was the 15th and final spring practice for third-year coach Mel Tucker and the Spartans, who are coming off an 11-2 season capped by a Peach Bowl win against Pittsburgh.
