Tyson Walker suffered a sprained ankle early in Michigan State’s semifinal loss on Saturday against Purdue and returned to the game only briefly. Tom Izzo said afterward that he’s unsure about the severity of the injury and whether Walker will be ready for the NCAA Tournament next week. “I don’t know how bad it is,” Izzo said. “It’s not broke or anything, but it’s bad enough where it’ll be some time here. That’s disappointing.”
