The win now changes the outlook for a hectic final week of Michigan State’s regular season. The Spartans’ best win of the season now assures them a spot in the NCAA Tournament. But the Spartans also aren’t in contention for a Big Ten title: at 10-7 in Big Ten play with three games left, they can’t catch 14-4 Wisconsin.
