Freshman guard Max Christie (Arlington Heights, Ill./Rolling Meadows) scored 14 points to lead five players in double figures and No. 22 Michigan State opened up a 20-point halftime lead before settling for a 81-68 win over Toledo on Saturday evening at the Breslin Center.
