The numbers are staggering. Heading into fall camp, 40 of the 118 players (33.9 percent) on Michigan State’s roster weren’t with the team last season. That makes it very difficult to get a feel for the Spartans heading into the start of coach Mel Tucker’s second year leading the program. And it begins with a road trip to Northwestern on Sept. 3.
