Coming into his freshman season in 2018, Bingham was a top 75 kid (66th nationally per 247 composite) with the length and ability to impact both sides of the floor. He was seen right from the get-go as an NBA upside player, with the potential to give Michigan State an Adreian Payne type boost of rim protection and three point shooting that had only been seen a handful of times under Izzo’s helm.
