Two more Michigan State athletes received positive results for the novel coronavirus after a second round of testing Monday. That makes five Spartan athletes who have tested positive for COVID-19, one of whom has since tested negative. That male was revealed to have had coronavirus at home after his father’s death from COVID-19, MSU director of sports medicine and performance Dr. Jeffrey Kovan said June 4, but the athlete eventually tested negative a few weeks later.
