An unexpected spring will be followed by an unusual summer for Michigan State’s incoming freshmen. Returning players, including the seven early enrollees in the 22-member 2020 signing class, started reporting to campus on Sunday night and were tested for COVID-19 on Monday. They are told to self-isolate at their residence for a week and will be tested again on June 22.
