For MSU, the immediate challenge is having another strong series at Penn State and come away with at least another victory against the No. 6/6 ranked team in the nation. The Spartans (2-4 overall), starting Big Ten play, and Nittany Lions (6-1, 2-0 Big Ten) meet at 7 p.m. Friday and 6 p.m. Saturday at Pegula Arena.
