The Spartans begin the season with enormous hopes and expectations but also a myriad of questions. This likely isn’t the ready-made contender of Denzel Valentine’s senior season or the MSU squad two years earlier that opened with a Champions Classic win over Kentucky. That said, MSU will have the best player on the court almost every night out in Cassius Winston.
