At the end of last summer, Julius Marble was afraid he’d missed his chance to play high-major college basketball. The three-star forward from Texas had sat out most of his junior high school season and the ensuing AAU season with a foot injury, robbing him of valuable time to play in front of college coaches and earn scholarship offers.
