Michigan State beat Michigan for a Big Ten tournament title on Sunday to make a late push to potentially be one of the top four teams in the bracket but fell short. The No. 6 Spartans (28-6) drew a No. 2 seed in the East Region of the NCAA Tournament, it was announced Sunday evening during the selection show.
