In watching Nick Ward during No. 11 Michigan State’s 101-33 win over Tennessee Tech on Sunday, you would never have thought he sprained his right ankle just a few days prior. Ward was everywhere to begin the game, positioning himself deep in the paint, drawing contact and flashing an array of post moves. The junior didn’t have an ankle brace and moved around well throughout the game, not as limited as one might have expected.
