There was no anger when Tom Izzo watched the film of Michigan State’s season-opening loss to Kansas back at the Breslin Center this week. The emotion was more confusion than anger. “I wasn’t disappointed, I was amazed, like ‘What are we doing?'” Izzo said after Thursday’s practice. “But new roles, new positions, new players that have to step up in different ways.”
