The running back who once pushed and spun and reached Michigan State’s football team to a Big Ten championship and into the College Football Playoff feels a tad forgotten these days. LJ Scott, with five games left in his career at MSU, can sense the pressure of the clock ticking. He came back for his senior year to have a big season, to bolster his NFL draft stock and try to lead MSU to places it hadn’t been since his right arm crossed the goal line against Iowa three years, but seemingly ages, ago.
