Julian Barnett’s college options include A-list programs. Alabama, which has won five of the last nine national championships, came calling. So did 2016 title winner Clemson, along with Notre Dame, Georgia and about 20 others. Then in late December, Ohio State extended a scholarship offer, which gave Barnett another championship program to consider.
