Winston occupies a space that makes him incredibly valuable in college basketball. He became a solid college point guard in his second season with the Spartans, improving his defense and shooting while cutting down on turnovers. But at 6-foot, 185 pounds and without standout athleticism, he isn’t currently an NBA prospect. That much, he knows well enough.
