Michigan State’s tight end production was cut in half last year – from 52 receptions for 558 yards and six touchdowns in 2016 to 26 catches for 263 yards and one touchdown last fall. That came after the graduation of Jamal Lyles and Josiah Price, the latter of whom set the program record for touchdowns by a tight end with 21.
