Xavier Tillman’s earliest memories of college basketball are ingrained in the NCAA Tournament. He recalls watching the frenetic slate of games all day, filling out a bracket and picking a national champion. There has always been something special to him about writing in the winner of each game as the field shrinks and teams moving closer to the center of the bracket.
