Michigan State extended two recent offers at the wide receiver position and are believed to be at or near the top for both. Toledo Central Catholic’s Jase Bowen and West Bloomfield’s Tre Mosley were offered by the Spartans and several 247Sports Crystal Ball predictions have been filed for both to end up at Michigan State.
