Tom Izzo doesn’t know what to expect from his team’s stint at No. 1 in the Associated Press poll. “Who knows, it could last for a game, I’ve been in that situation before,” Izzo said on Sunday. “It could last a week, it could last for a long time. It marks the fifth time in school history Michigan State has risen to the No. 1 spot in the poll.
