That’s when coach Mark Dantonio will have a press conference to address No. 16 Michigan State’s (9-3, 7-2 Big Ten) Dec. 28 Holiday Bowl against No. 18 Washington State (9-3, 6-3 Pac-12) in San Diego, as well as the Spartans’ 2018 recruiting class. The timing of the latter topic is the result of a new early signing period adopted by the NCAA this year, which allows recruits to finalize a national letter of intent Dec. 20-22.
