Michigan State’s goals can’t be achieved or lost on Tuesday night at the United Center, as the No. 2 Spartans face the No. 1 Blue Devils (7 p.m., ESPN), Izzo said. A loss won’t keep the Spartans out of the NCAA Tournament, or from winning a national title. The game won’t count in the Big Ten standings.
