In the final tuneup before the games start to count, No. 2 Michigan State beat Hillsdale 75-44 Friday at Breslin Center.  The Spartans had four players score in double figures, led by sophomore big man Nick Ward as the game’s leading scorer with 14 points. Jaren Jackson Jr. added 12, Cassius Winston finished with 11 and Miles Bridges chipped in with 10 for the Spartans, who beat Ferris State, Georgia and now Hillsdale in exhibition action.
