The matchup between Michigan State and Penn State on Nov. 4 at Spartan Stadium could be a meeting between a pair of 5-0 Big Ten East teams, but it won’t be a prime time game. MSU announced Monday that the TV networks will use a six-day option to decide the exact time for kickoff between the Spartans and Nittany Lions, who will square off at either noon or 3:30 p.m. The finalized time and network will be announced Sunday.
