It’s coming up on two months away from the first early signing period in college football. That period starts on Dec. 20 and should benefit teams like Michigan State that land the bulk of their 2018 class early on. The Spartans will hope they can sign all 18 of their commits (and any others they reel in before then) on that first day to stop other suitors from trying to pull them away.
