The Michigan State field hockey team earned its first shutout victory of the 2017 season, defeating Yale 4-0, Sunday afternoon at Ralph Young Field.With the win, the Spartans advance to 4-5 overall (0-1 Big Ten), while Yale falls to 3-2 (0-0 Ivy League), on the year.
