The Michigan State football program is teaming up to provide relief in the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey and players are volunteering to help as part of the Lansing Strong for Texas flood relief campaign. Michigan State offensive line coach Mark Staten said Wednesday afternoon 20 players signed up to travel to Texas, likely late next week, but he’s unsure who and how many will be able to go. “(They will) do whatever they can,” Staten said, “and however they can to help.”
