“Damion … he’s better than that performance that happened out there,” Dantonio said Tuesday. “I think that’s what he has to concentrate on. He’s played well for us in the past and, for whatever reason, I just felt like we didn’t want to end the game in that fashion, and we’re going to make sure that you go in and you make plays. So that was the mind-set there. So we finished up and went back in after.”
