Ohio DB Michael Dowell commits to Michigan State, will join brothers Andrew and David

Michael Dowell made his recruiting commitment announcement on Monday, and had some company alongside him that was familiar to Michigan State fans.Dowell, a three-star defensive back from Ohio, announced his verbal commitment to the Spartans with a Twitter video.
