Mark Dantonio made a rare radio appearance Thursday to talk about Malik McDowell. And the Michigan State coach delivered a frank assessment of his former star defensive lineman over the Seattle airwaves. McDowell can “be a dominant player at the next level,” Dantonio said. But it’s up to the Seahawks’ second-round pick to do it for every down.
