Spring 2017 was the initial target date for “Mo Pete’s Sports Retreat. “But after months of planning and construction, Morris Peterson’s much-anticipated Flint Township bar and grill is now set to open in August. “If I had a dollar for everybody asking me when it opens, I’d be a millionaire,” Peterson said, laughing.
