Demetrius Cooper gets new bond conditions after alleged alcohol violation
In a hearing in 54-B District Court on Tuesday, Cooper was ordered to submit to daily alcohol tests and produce a test log weekly by Judge Richard Ball. His previous bond agreement had called for him to submit to random, biweekly breath tests. If Cooper abides by his new bond conditions between now and November, his misdemeanor charge will be reduced to littering.
