Sidney Cooks to Attend USA Women’s U19 World Cub Team Trials
Future Michigan State women’s basketball player Sidney Cooks will attend the 2017 USA Basketball Women’s U19 World Cup Team trials, which will take place May 18-21 in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Cooks, a native of Kenosha, Wisconsin, attends Saint Joseph High School. She is one of nine players returning from the 2016 U18 National Team. Cooks and teammate Megan Walker also played for the USA at the 2016 FIBA 3×3 U18 World Cup and claimed the silver medal.
