Spartan Track and Field sees success in only home meet of season
MSU Track and Field saw several first-place finishes and top times at its only home meet of the year over the weekend, the Auto-Owners Insurance Spartan Invitational. Redshirt-freshman Mackenzie Weiler took first in the women’s 3,000-meter steeplechase with a time of 11:08.36. In the women’s 1,500-meter race, MSU runners took every spot in the top 10.
