Standing in the United Center balcony, in the rare air above the McDonald’s All-American court he’ll play upon on Wednesday night, Brian Bowen tried to describe how long Michigan State has recruited him. “Since I was as small as I can be,” he said. Always is a long time and Bowen has always been recruited by Tom Izzo and the Spartans.
