Izzo to Gregory: ‘Get the hell out of here and make me proud’
Izzo joked at his weekly press conference that Gregory, whom the MSU head coach has praised this season for helping him out with various things, already had one foot out the door when he showed up to the basketball offices a little later than usual Tuesday morning. “I told him he forgot where he came from,” Izzo said. “But I guess as this thing gets released — it all happened quickly — really happy for him.”
