Michigan State a No. 9 seed, will play Miami (Fla.) in NCAA tournament
Tom Izzo’s streak lives on.Michigan State earned a No. 9-seed in the Midwest Region of the NCAA tournament, the Spartans’ 20th consecutive appearance in the Big Dance. They will face No.-8 seed Miami, Fla. (21-11) on Friday in Tulsa, Okla. The winner of that game would play Sunday against No.-1 seed Kansas or No. 16-seed NC Central/UC Davis.
