Tom Izzo wants Miles Bridges to be more of a jerk
“Sometimes you need a jerk,” Izzo said on Friday night. “I guess that’s why I’m here. A full-fledged jerk. That’s what I’m hoping Miles will turn into. That’s the area I’d like to see him grow in, and be a little more demanding in those things.” It’s no secret Izzo has seen value in players who challenge their teammates on the court in sometimes direct ways. Draymond Green is the most notable recent example.
