Miles Bridges and Caleb Swanigan both put on a show Jan. 24 at the Breslin Center, but Swanigan’s Purdue squad prevailed over Bridges’ Michigan State team, 84-73, behind a strong second half. Two of the Big Ten’s top players lead their teams into today’s rematch at Mackey Arena. MSU (16-10, 8-5 Big Ten) will have to do a better job of rebounding and defending the 3-pointer in order to steal a victory at No. 16 Purdue (21-5, 10-3), which is now tied with Wisconsin and Maryland atop the conference standings.
