Wisconsin LB Noah Harvey flips to Michigan State, bringing class to 22 players

The flipping continues for Michigan State. Noah Harvey, a three-star linebacker from Wisconsin, announced his commitment to the Spartans on Tuesday night. Harvey flipped his commitment from Bowling Green to the Spartans.
