Nine sets of eyes followed the ball, caroming straight out, as Miles Bridges swooped in. Broad strides led to the perfectly timed explosion. He rose, grabbed the rubber, cocked back and, with a mix of beauty and furry, spiked that poor ball into the basket. He took the paint off the rim.
